Herbert Smith Freehills recently announced that Nonnabhat (Niab) Paiboon has joined its Bangkok office as a corporate partner.

Niab specializes in advising clients on complex public and private M&A transactions, as well as competition and antitrust law, in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, food and beverage, financial institutions, retail and wholesale, automotive and energy. She has over 12 years of experience and is dual qualified in Thailand and England & Wales.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Niab worked in the Bangkok office of Allen & Overy.
