Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has appointed Howie Farn as a partner. He will be based in Hong Kong.

Howie Farn joins Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a capital markets partner, focussing on U.S. securities transactions. Before joining Kirkland & Ellis, Farn was a Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in Hong Kong. Dual qualified in Hong Kong and New York, Farn owns a wealth of valuable experience. He speaks Chinese and English.
