Magic Circle law firm Clifford Chance has hired debt markets specialist Alan Yeung as a partner in its Hong Kong office as a partner.

Yeung is U.S. qualified and has over 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region, specializing in advising issuers and underwriters on U.S. debt and equity offerings, including U.S. initial public offerings, investment grade and high yield offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S placements and liability management transactions.

Prior to this, Yeung practiced in the Capital Markets Practice Group at Sherman & Sterling.
