Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Jingtian & Gongcheng have advised Nongfu Spring Co., Ltd. on the US$1.08 billion global offering and listing of its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Clifford Chance and Tian Yuan Law Firm have represented the joint sponsors and underwriters. The transaction is the first H-share ‘Full Circulation’ IPO deal in Hong Kong.
