On September 1, 2021, Anjie Law Firm and Broad & Bright Law Firm officially announced that they had signed a merger agreement and planned to establish Anjie & BB Law Firm in January, 2022.

This strategic merger will bring together two law firms (including Hong Kong joint venture Hauzen LLP and CFN Lawyers) in legal services such as antitrust, dispute resolution, M&A, capital market, IPO, PE&VC, financial market supervision, intellectual property, labor and employment, etc, with special focuses on insurance, life sciences, Internet technology, digital entertainment, energy and infrastructure, finance, shipping and other industries.

Anjie & BB Law Firm will have offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Haikou and Nanjing with more than 500 legal professionals and auxiliary personnel.
