Recently, Baker & McKenzie welcomed Victoria Lloyd, partner in capital market and M & A business, to join the Hong Kong office.

Prior to that, Mrs. Lloyd worked in Ropes & Gray law firm and was a partner of strategic trading business department. She has provided legal advisory services to large Chinese and multinational companies, investment banks and private equity investors on corporate financing and M & A.
