Recently, Yum China Holdings has completed its secondary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$17 billion (approximately US$2.2 billion). Jingtian & Gongcheng, Sidley Austin, Commerce & Finance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett have provided full-process legal services for this deal.
