Recently, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Tsar & Tsai Law Firm have advised Yageo Corp on its $1.8 billion acquisition of U.S. rival Kemet Corp, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom also have provided consulting services for this deal.
