Recently, JunHe has hired Hong Zhang, a corporate and M&A expert, as a partner in its Beijing and Shanghai offices. Prior to this, Zhang was a corporate partner in Clifford Chance's China office.

Zhang has more than 16 years of company business experience. She specializes in cross-border M&A and corporate restructuring, especially focusing on PE and VC investment and financing, ‘red chip’ restructuring, pre IPO equity financing and joint venture strategic cooperation.
