Latham & Watkins LLP recently announced that Dominic Geiser has joined the firm's Hong Kong office as a partner in the Litigation & Trial Department and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice.

Mr. Geiser is qualified to practice Hong Kong and English law. His practice areas include banking, finance and IPO-related litigation, disputes involving investors, shareholders, joint ventures, equity valuations and intellectual property, fraud and money laundering claims, insolvency and arbitration-related litigation, as well as securities and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Geiser practiced at Herbert Smith Freehills, where he became a partner in 2014.
