Kirkland & Ellis recently announced that Brian Ho has joined its Hong Kong office as a partner. Prior to that, Mr. Ho was an Executive Director of the Corporate Finance Division of the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") in Hong Kong, where he worked for decades.

Going forward, Mr. Ho will be a partner in Kirkland & Ellis's transaction team advising on private equity and new complex transactions (including Hong Kong public acquisitions and listings), further promoting Kirkland & Ellis's growth in the areas of M&A/private equity and capital markets.
