On August 24, 2022, Suxin Joyful Life Services Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2152) (Suxin Services) made its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The offering was sponsored by BOCOM International (Asia) Limited as the exclusive sponsor and raised approximately HK$230 million.

Established in 1994, Suxin Services is a provider of urban services and property management services in the Yangtze River Delta region, particularly in Suzhou, providing urban services for public infrastructure as well as basic property management services and value-added services for commercial properties and residential communities.

C&F acted as PRC counsel to the issuer and Sidley acted as Hong Kong counsel to the issuer on this project, and together they assisted Suxin Services in completing the transaction.

Tianyuan and KWM were fully involved in the offering as the sponsor's PRC counsel and Hong Kong counsel, respectively.
