Skadden Partner - Julie Gao, known as the Queen of Capital Markets, will join ByteDance as Chief Financial Officer. ByteDance CEO Rubo Liang has just announced that Ms. Julie Gao will join ByteDance in the near future and will be based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Julie has been a senior partner at Skadden and a member of the Global Governing Body Policy Committee. As a senior lawyer, she has advised a number of technology companies on legal matters including IPOs, M&A, and financings.
