Slaughter and May is pleased to announce the appointment of Benita Yu as Senior Partner of the Hong Kong office.
Benita will take office on October 1, 2022, and Peter Brien, the current senior partner of the Hong Kong office, will retire as planned.
Benita joined Slaughter and May in 1994 and has been a partner since 1996. Benita is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in her field, and her practice includes IPO, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and corporate governance.
