On July 18, 2022, China Graphite Group Limited ("China Graphite Group", stock code: 2237.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The number of shares in the global offering was 400 million shares at an offer price of HK$0.325 per share, raising a total amount of approximately HK$130 million.

As one of the leading companies in the production and sale of flake and spherical graphite in China, China Graphite Group is mainly engaged in the mining of graphite ore, purification, processing and sale of flake and spherical graphite, forming a one-stop upstream and downstream industrial chain of graphite ore mining, graphite products production and sale.
