On November 11, 2022, Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (stock code: ATAT) was successfully listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. Atour is offering 4.75 million American Depositary shares (ADS) in the IPO, raising a total of approximately $60.1 million (if the overallotment option is fully exercised). Atour's IPO became the first Chinese IPO to issue ADS in the US with a valuation of more than $1.5 billion since mid-2021.

As a "literary" hotel, over the past decade, Atour has moved its bookstore, coffee shop and photography exhibition into the hotel. At present, Atour owns six lodging brands: A.T. House, Atour S Hotel, ZHotel, Atour Hotel, Atour X Hotel, Light House, and scene retail brand Atour Market, and has successfully incubated three original lifestyle brands.
