Recently,Han Kun's Hong Kong associated law firm has expanded its cross-border mergers and acquisitions capabilities with the addition of Ms. Chai Lu as a partner to the firm.

Ms. Chai’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions transactions, private equity transactions and securities offerings and listings. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, TMT, consumer goods, mining, power and energy, manufacturing and healthcare.

Prior to joining Han Kun's Hong Kong associated law firm, Ms. Chai served as the general counsel of a private equity firm. Prior to that, she practiced at the Hong Kong and New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Ms. Chai is qualified to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong and as an attorney in the State of New York. She also holds a PRC bar qualification.
