Sidley recently announced that Stephanie Chan has joined the firm in Hong Kong as a partner in its China Corporate and Finance Group.

Ms. Chan focuses on contentious regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. She has advised multinational and PRC companies on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes in financial services, mining, real estate, entertainment, energy and manufacturing.

Ms. Chan joins from Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP, where she was a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
