Recently, the Global Finance Group of the Singapore office of Sidley welcomed Daniel Lindsey as a partner.

Mr. Lindsey has extensive experience acting for private equity sponsors and private credit providers on debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings and fund level financings.

Prior to joining Sidley, Mr. Lindsey was previously a partner at Goodwin Procter and Kirkland & Ellis, both in Hong Kong.
