On June 30, TI Cloud Inc ("TI Cloud") (2167.HK) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

TI Cloud is the first Hong Kong-listed full-cycle customer contact cloud platform company, which has been focusing on researching, building and operating "full-cycle customer contact platform" for many years, providing full-cycle customer contact solutions covering the three core business scenarios of "marketing, sales and service" to help enterprises improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Cooley, C&F and Harneys served as the legal advisors to the issuer on Hong Kong and U.S. laws, PRC laws and Cayman Islands laws respectively.
