Mayer Brown recently announced that leading energy lawyer Zichuan Chen has joined the firm's Singapore office in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Chen joins Mayer Brown from the Singapore office of Clyde & Co, having previously worked in the Shanghai and Tokyo offices of another international law firm.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Chen focuses on the energy, infrastructure and commodities sectors, regularly advising multinational corporations, top Japanese trading houses and Chinese state-owned and private companies on high-profile global energy and infrastructure transactions covering the LNG, petrochemical and renewable energy sectors. Chen is admitted to practice in England, Wales and Singapore.
