Linklaters' Hong Kong office recently welcomed back Betty Yap who are re-joining as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group.

Yap previously practiced at Linklaters from 2004 to 2016, and prior to her return, she was the managing partner of the China Practice Group at Paul, Weiss. Yap is an expert in China private equity market and has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, special situation transactions and foreign direct investments involving China. Yap will be co-head of Linklaters' Global Financial Investors Practice Group and will be based in Hong Kong.
