Herbert Smith Freehills recently welcomed back commercial litigation attorney Rachael Shek as a partner. Previously, Shek served as a partner at Clyde & Co.

Specializing in banking litigation and joint venture & shareholder disputes, Shek has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, corporate loan recovery, and private wealth disputes. She has advised various banks, private equity firms and other financial services providers as well as Hong Kong listed companies, global manufacturers and ultra-high net worth individuals. Shek previously practiced at HSF as counsel and senior counsel in 2007 and 2014, respectively.
