Recently, two new partners have been invited to join Linklaters to strengthen its business strength in the field of private equity and leveraged financing. Xiaoxi Lin will join the corporate business team of the Hong Kong office, Alessandro Nolet will join the banking team of the Hong Kong office.

Lin has rich experience in private equity investment, focusing on acquisition of control rights and growth capital investment. Alessandro Nolet has extensive experience in finance and restructuring transactions, especially in leveraged buyout and private equity sponsor financing.
