Recently，Jingtian & Gongcheng has welcomed back Li Fai as a partner in its Hong Kong office.
Li Fai specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He has provided legal advice for several Chinese companies listing in Hong Kong and has participated in restructuring and M&A projects for Hong Kong-listed companies.
Li was a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng between 2019 and 2021. In early 2022, he joined LC Lawyers. At the end of January this year, LC Lawyers officially ceased operations.
