Clifford Chance has announced the opening of a new office in Houston and the appointment of 10 partners, including seven new Houston-based partners, to strengthen the firm's strength in the U.S. and global energy industry.

The new Houston team brings deep knowledge of the domestic U.S. energy and infrastructure markets and will provide significant support to U.S. and international clients in all aspects of the traditional and renewable energy sectors, including M&A and corporate affairs, project finance and development, regulation, tax equity, leveraged finance, litigation, restructuring, capital markets, and private equity and fund business.
