Appleby has announced that corporate specialist Kitty Chan has joined its Shanghai office as Partner and the Hong Kong office as Legal Manager.
Kitty Chan has 15 years of experience specialising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, corporate governance and compliance matters, and regulatory enforcements.Prior to joining Appleby, Kitty worked in Hong Kong at a top PRC law firm and several leading international law firms, and was seconded to the legal team of a leading global bank.
