The Hong Kong office of Appleby has recently welcomed two new legal managers, Denise Tse and Zakariyah Lam, to further expand its corporate and restructuring activities.

Denise Tse's experience focuses on restructuring and insolvency matters. She has experience in cross-border insolvency recognition, winding-up and insolvency proceedings as well as relevant commercial litigation and arbitration in Hong Kong.

Zakariyah Lam specializes in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, and has an in-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues in public companies.
