Former Withers partner, Rita Ku, has established a boutique firm in Hong Kong named Rita Ku & Solicitors (RKS) to specialises in family law matters.

With over 20 years of experience in family law, Ku specializes in family dispute resolution involving jurisdiction, divorce, children, ancillary relief and more. She also advises on a variety of ancillary relief issues involving complex asset holding structures.

Ku had practised in Withers for over 10 years as a partner in the divorce and family practice group and regional divisional leader of the firm's Hong Kong dispute resolution team.
