On January 17, 2022, Semk Holdings International Limited (02250.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The core business of Semk Holdings is intellectual property and branding, including the creation, design and licensing of self-created, owned and iconic B.Duck family characters across multiple channels, as well as brand management and marketing for such characters. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, Semk is the second largest domestic character IP company in China.

For this IPO, Zhong Lun, Jingtian & Gongcheng advised the issuer. Commerce & Finance advised the joint sponsor.
