Jingtian & Gongcheng recently hired Dr. Liu Wei who is a capital market expert to join its Hong Kong office as a partner. Prior to that, Dr. Liu practiced as the managing partner of China in DLA Piper Global Law Firm.

Dr. Liu specialises in the capital market, and has provided corporate financing related legal services for many companies and financial institutions. Dr. Liu also has rich experience in cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment in China, real estate and foreign dispute resolution.
