Appleby has announced the appointment of Lily Miao as Partner in the Corporate Department of its Hong Kong office.
Ms. Miao brings close to 15 years of extensive experience in both offshore and onshore markets in Asia, with a focus on banking and finance transactions, particularly in fund financing. Her clients include major international banks and PRC banks and financial institutions to listed and private corporations and investment funds.
Prior to joining Appleby, Ms. Miao worked at another offshore law firm in Hong Kong, as well as at Clifford Chance’s offices in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore.
