Recently, the Singapore office of Han Kun Law Offices was officially approved by the relevant authorities in Singapore for establishment and operation. This office is the first international office of Han Kun outside of China and is formally known as Han Kun LLP.

 

Han Kun LLP's office is located on the 53rd floor of Tower 1, 1 Raffles Place, Singapore. In the future, the firm will leverage the management advantages of Han Kun's integrated operations and combine its expertise in domestic and international capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and private wealth management, and dispute resolution to build a global and diversified professional service ecosystem for clients together with international and local law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, commercial banks and other professional service providers in various fields in Singapore.
