Hogan Lovells recently welcomed Siew Kam Boon, Timothy Goh and Thomas Kim, three private equity and fund partners, who will join Hogan Lovells Singapore office in January 2025. Siew Kam Boon will also serve as head of Private equity for the Asia Pacific region.
Siew Kam Boon practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and emerging growth and venture capital, with experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, FMCG, energy, infrastructure and resources industries.Ms. Boon represents corporate clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and special situations groups.
Tim Goh advises clients in the areas of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, fund formation and secondary markets.Mr. Goh has worked in the ASEAN region and the Middle East for start-ups, multinational companies, multilateral development banks and development finance institutions, and sovereign funds.He also has experience advising on sustainable finance matters.
Thomas Kim focuses his practice on advising private equity, venture capital and other alternative fund managers on the structuring, establishment and marketing of investment funds,regularly counsels clients on secondary transactions, mergers and acquisitions of fund management businesses, co-investments and carried interest structuring. His clients include sovereign wealth funds, multilateral development banks and other institutional investors.
