A high profile business leader, Mr. Zili Shao, will join King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) China .

Mr. Zili Shao is a highly accomplished lawyer and investment banker with extensive professional experience and is well-known in the Asian commercial world for his achievements. Mr. Shao has previously held positions as Chairman and CEO of J.P. Morgan China and Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he acted as managing partner of Linklaters for Greater China and subsequently was appointed managing partner of the Asia region. Mr. Shao will join the firm as Co-Chairman of KWM China’s Management Committee.
