Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP closed its representative office in Beijing in March. And Shanghai has become the only representative office of Sheppard, Mullin in China.

One of the main reasons for closing the Beijing office was the departure of two senior partners in last year. One was James Zimmerman, the former managing partner, and the other was Scott Palmer, the former IP partner.
