On April 27, 2015, the Extension of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (“Shanghai FTZ”) was inaugurated in the Pudong New Area People’s Government; Lujiazui Financial Area, Zhangjiang High-tech Park Zone and Jinqiao Area were officially converted into Shanghai FTZ in accordance with Plan for Further Deepening the Reform and Liberalization of Shanghai FTZ published by the State Council. On the same date, the First Session of Administrative Review
Committee of Pudong New Area People’s Government (the “Committee”) was established in accordance with the Regulations of Shanghai FTZ and Implementation Rules of More Concentrated Administrative Review Power in Shanghai FTZ. The Committee was established to deal with high-profile and influential administrative review cases of Shanghai FTZ. as a committee member of the newly established Committee on April 27, 2015.
