Yilong Du joined Latham & Watkins as a corporate partner in its Hong Kong office. Du was from Goldman Sachs and worked as an executive director and senior counsel there. Du mainly focuses on capital markets in mainland China, Hong Kong and the U.S., as well as cross-border M&A.
