On October 3, 2025, AllBright held an inauguration ceremony to mark the official opening of its Sydney office.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Shanghai, AllBright operates more than twenty offices across China and maintains overseas branches in London, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo. The Sydney office is led by Senior Partner Ms. Sharon Shi, whose main practice areas include cross-border M&A, international capital market, compliance and dispute resolution.

The establishment of the Sydney office further expands AllBright’s global footprint and leverages the firm’s extensive experience in cross-border investment, international trade, and dispute resolution to enhance legal service collaboration between China and Australia.
