Patrick Zheng, the managing partner of Clyde & Co international law firm Beijing office, has joined Llinks Law Offices.
Mr. Zheng has long focused on cross-border dispute resolution area, including international arbitration and overseas litigation. He is qualified as a lawyer in China and New York State.
After joining Llinks, while concentrating on domestic arbitration and litigation business, Mr. Zheng will strengthen the dispute resolution capabilities on behalf of Chinese companies abroad, including overseas commercial arbitration and litigation, and he will also expand the investment arbitration business to foreign host country governments.
