King & Wood recently announced the official opening of its Vancouver office. 

 

Headed by Co-Lead Partners Mr. Hu Zaichi and Mr. Liu Cheng , the Vancouver office provides a full range of corporate and commercial legal services covering corporate establishment, mergers and acquisitions, and investments. It also offers specialized legal services relating to China law, including foreign direct investment, financing, corporate transactions, and complex cross-border commercial arrangements.

 

The Vancouver office is King & Wood’s first office in Canada and its fourth in North America, following New York, Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.
