Jia Yuan has recently welcomed Echo Shen to its Hong Kong office as a partner.

Practicing extensively in the overseas capital markets sector, Echo Shen has led or deeply participated in numerous Hong Kong Main Board listing projects. Prior to joining Jiayuan, she was a senior consultant at Haiwen & Partners' Hong Kong office and has also worked at law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, Morrison & Foerster, Loeb & Loeb, and Paul Hastings.
