Hogan Lovells recently announced that Eric Tan has joined the firm as a partner.

 

Eric Tan primarily practices in banking and finance, with a focus on acquisition financing, fund financing, structured financing, pre-IPO financing, real estate financing, margin loans, and private note issuances. He is experienced in handling private equity investments through debt and convertible instruments. His clients include financial institutions, private credit funds, multinational corporations, and private equity sponsors.

 

Moving forward, Eric Tan will be based in the firm’s Singapore office as a partner.
