JunHe Hong Kong office recently announced the addition of partner Ryan Choi to the firm.

 

Ryan Choi primarily practices in the areas of Hong Kong capital markets, post-listing compliance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is well-versed in legal matters related to Hong Kong initial public offerings, secondary listings, post-listing compliance, mergers and acquisitions, overseas bond issuances, and other corporate transactions. 

 

Before joining JunHe, He was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and he has also worked at the Hong Kong offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Loeb & Loeb LLP.
